Here is a great example of the everyday life moments with my kids that I would most likely forget if I did not take a photo for the scrapbook.
Zach has come so far! He had such a slow processing speed which made it very difficult to train and teach him. It took lots of repetition and PATIENCE. Although Zach could dress himself, he didn’t always have the best fashion sense. To save both him and I a lot of aggravation, I would lay out his clothes on school days and Sundays. One Sunday Zach came out in this outfit - polo shirt on backwards. I also love the fact he was clutching his security blanket! This makes me smile every time I see it.
He was proud of himself, and I love his contented smile. This was definitely a photo opp.
Scrapbooking Tips
This layout came together in 10 minutes! I used scraps in my stash of paper to create the backdrop, banner and photo mats. I kept my embellishments very simple and only used epoxy chevron stickers to create a visual triangle around my page.
When I have a single photo that tells a story I will look to do a simple quick page in 10 minutes!
