Stamped Embellishments - Part 2

Today I want to show you two more layouts with embellishments that were made by stamping. Using my stash of stamps, I was able to create custom titles and embellishments that complimented my layouts.

Coffee

I loved these photos of my son Caleb. He was seven years old and would steal my coffee cup for a sip anytime he could! This is no small thing for Caleb. He was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy when he was two years old. SMA impacts all his muscles. He never walked, we were told he may never write, so the fact he was lifting a mug full of coffee up to his mouth - while writing his homework - is nothing short of miraculous! That's why these pictures were so special to me and I wanted to make a the layout special.

I used papers from a 6x6 paper pad that was included in my Stamps of Life Card Kit. I then stamped and die cut the coffee cup using coffee4two stamp set and coordinating dies. I also used their Coffee Statement Stamp die set for the title.

I have made many cards with these products. When I saw these pictures, I knew right away that I wanted to use these stamps and dies on a layout.

We Love Candy

I had so much fun creating this border with stamps. This took a little while to create, because I added dimensional glossy accent and glitter to my stamped images to create the look of wrapped candies.

I used candy2share to create these amazing wrapped candy and gum drops.

Want some more creative inspiration for using your stamps to create embellishments for your layouts? Come back for Part 3.
